Services

Four categories, stated honestly.

Each category opens to its full list. Where we coordinate a service rather than carry it out ourselves, we say so.

The same expertise, two positions
The decision Before Structure is still movable. Advice changes the outcome. After The facts are fixed. The work is reporting them.

Most firms sell only the right-hand side. Most of the value is on the left.

Industries

Sectors we work in regularly. Each carries its own financial characteristics, and the note beside it is the issue that most often needs attention.

Manufacturing

Inventory-heavy operations, where valuation, costing and working capital tied up in stock drive the real margin.

Garment & fashion manufacturing

Seasonal cycles and job-work arrangements, where style-wise margin and unsold stock decide the year.

Food & beverage

Perishability, wastage and rate classification, alongside licensing and multi-rate GST questions.

Agriculture & seed distribution

Sharply seasonal cash cycles, extended dealer credit, and the exemption and classification questions that follow.

Healthcare

Doctors and hospitals, where professional receipts, presumptive options and equipment financing interact.

Legal practices

Advocates and law firms, where receipts timing, TDS credits and cash flow between matters need managing.

IT & technology services

Export of services, LUT and refund cycles, and contractor arrangements that affect both tax and ownership of work.

On this list. We list a sector only where we work in it repeatedly. No client is named, and none can be identified from a sector: professional guidelines do not permit disclosure of client names, and a list narrow enough to imply one would do the same thing indirectly.
